Request was made by the SBT Zoning Administrator for an interpretation by the ZBA of the SBT Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the setback requirements for a boardwalk. Findings were deliberated and the following motion was made, voted upon, and carried (approved):
"Based on the findings of facts, boardwalks are considered accessory structures for purposes of application of setbacks in all districts including regulations applicable in 5.08 of the zoning ordinance."

Regarding a proposed amendment to the SBT Zoning Ordinance pertaining to ZBA membership.
The South Branch Township Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 6th, 2020, at 7:00 P. M. to recommend adoption of a zoning ordinance amendment reducing the minimum required Zoning Board of Appeals membership from five to three (Section 9.01). Proposed amendment was accepted by the Planning Commission and has been provided to the Township Board for review, comments and future vote.
