Regular Meeting Schedule
Township Board meets 2nd Tuesday each month at 7:00 p.m.*
Planning Commission meets at 7:00 p.m. on theĀ 1st Thursday of the month, meeting exception January 9, 2025.
Zoning Board of Appeals meets 2nd Monday, quarterly at 7:00 p.m. (March, June, September, December)
All Regular Township Board, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are held at the Township Offices located at 5245 N. M-18, Roscommon, MI and are open to the general public. Special meetings, when required, will be posted as they are scheduled.
*Exception for March – The Township Board will meet on the 3rd Tuesday in March.

Regarding Special Approval for Annual Camping in the Low-Density Residential Zone.
The South Branch township planning commission held a public hearing on July 30th 2020 at 7:00 PM to make a decision regarding a special approval application 7775 Pautesa Drive parcel number 061-032-016-180-00 in the low density residential zone. The SBT Planning commission found that the special approval application should be approved because all requested requirements had been met.
